There are many ways that God calls people to His Ministry, what is needed is to hear and take action to the call. Responding to God's doesn't mean you have to be a pastor or prophet, we can even respond to God call within our daily work.
I am very delighted with this in that you don't need to quit your present job to answer the God's call, you can serve with all what you have around you.
