It gives a clear understanding that it's dangerous and even disastrous not to wait and be FULLY equipped for the work before launching out into ministry. Having been called, there is need to be equipped, get a clearer guide as to where, when and how to go into what He has called me into. I thank God for this institute; cos it has helped in removing some of the religious veils of many years.
