Also to many churches the administration structure are not available a pastor is a leader of everything. Not only that but also many of leaders are not depending God to their ruling their ruling as their selves and not the power of God and the fainaly the church fail. Suggestion. Leaders must use democracy to rule their churches and being responsible to the Christianity Second all readers must be the good example of manners to the society and not to be bad behavior to the society Third.Pray the lord before doing any thing to your life . I learnt that there is more to our spiritual attitude in response to the call of God that dictates the success of the Great Mission of Our LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST., It all starts with obedience to the call of GOD and commitment to Ministry work which helps us grow and understand how to execute on our specific calls. We are tasked to make disciples through mentorship. The aspect of hearing from GOD is vital since it helps us align with his plan under the anointing and developed ability to fulfilment of our dreams in ministry work. Finally the great mission is meant for all Christian to reach to communities for the Kingdom of God to grow.

I also learned that there is a general ministry (discipleship, evangelism, worship, community, family and Friends) and specific ministry (Evangelist , teacher and professional , Lawyers and Doctors). Thirdly discipleship is being a disciple and being disciple maker.I learned that there is ministry zone for producing 30 , 60 and 100 folds .We operates by the anointing, abilities and heart to be fruitful in this ministry zone. The another lesson was how to listen God's voice in your calling , the kingdom perspective and lastly we are called to Go not in the church context (we are no longer to bring or say come to church) but we go to their context.Thank you very much Axx and donors for supporting this course.

Great for many church leaders who did have the opportunity going into Bible college to study. I am privileged being enrolled into this course. MISSION IS GOD'S IDEA AND EVERYONE MUST GET INVOLVED IN IT. This study has made me to see that the theme Missions covers the whole bible bible from Genesis to revelation. That God has the heart for the unreached world to be reached. This needs the involvement of every Christian. The intent of God: God has the intention to redeem the whole world unto Himself through preaching the gospel,, making disciples of all nations. There's therefore the need for one to understand what missions is before getting involved into it. One should be careful not to take church activities as mission successes. Also not to think that because we are not into full time in ministry we can't get involved in missions. We are also to understand our call whether it is general call or specific call. To get involved in missions you should know different areas of ministry by the spirit of God in church and to the world. Convictions shouldn't lead to wied ways in responding to the call of God. God has called we have to respond and give time for growth. It is important that in missions or responding to the called of God one have to hear from God involving God in all of you. For God demands our obedience.. The urge is that Christians carry the gospel to the whole world.

We just have to provide an enabling environment, remain calm and focus in order to hear from God. It also more expedient to go to the people or send disciples out with the word rather than invite or expect people to bring. We have to evangelize our community

This course has really opened my understanding as a Christian. Jesus came to save the whole world, and if I heard the gospel and saved; I also have the responsibility to share my life in Christ and “go” and save others. In this am fulfilling the great commission. We are all called in the commission to share the gospel of Christ and support all those engaged in reaching out to the communities and nation afar. Therefore, we are all called in different ways, as also we hear the call of the voice of God in different ways. Our God, is God of diversities; He does not achieve things in the same manner! I have learnt about different men of God, how they were called and how they heard God’s calling for themselves. Some it was usual while others unusual by the same God! In conclusion, we are born with a purpose to fulfill from our Heavenly Father. Let’s all share the gospel to every creation in all means we can afford for the kingdom of God to be realized. That’s “God's dream society on earth, from Israel encompassing the whole world.” Thanks for this opportunity.
