The call of God differs from one person to another and what matters most is our prompt response to the call which requires developing our skills, committing our heart to it, continuously seeking the face of God and not confusing our talents with our purpose. I have also come to realize that the call of God is a process that requires patience and total submission to the will of God if I am to function in the miraculous. Also to many churches the administration structure are not available a pastor is a leader of everything. Not only that but also many of leaders are not depending God to their ruling their ruling as their selves and not the power of God and the fainaly the church fail. Suggestion. Leaders must use democracy to rule their churches and being responsible to the Christianity Second all readers must be the good example of manners to the society and not to be bad behavior to the society Third.Pray the lord before doing any thing to your life . It is not just in saying that one has been called by God, it is knowing for sure, responding accordingly and ready to navigate the call with the right tools and armor to successfully make it to the end.
