It is good to align your needs, plans and dreams with God's words whether big or small. I find it quite humbling that roadblocks in my life can be for honor and glory to God. Secondly, everyone should learn how to activate both or any of the general or specific calls for God's kingdom according to his will on earth. Lastly, church planting or ministry is not for the fainthearted one it calls for prayer and teamwork because banking on my single gift cannot work on its own. Not necessarily inviting people to come to church but myself reaching out to them. I can do it within my culture or in a foreign land.
